What are the access hours to the warehouse?
Access to the warehouse for customers is between 7:00 to 20:45, 7 days a week.
Outside of office hours, is it possible to join someone in case of emergency?
Yes, at all time customers can join us with the intercom located between the two doors in the car level garage.
Is the warehouse heated?
Yes, the whole warehouse is heated.
What items can’t be stored in the warehouse?
Every hazardous or explosive materials, chemical products, propane tanks (even empty), food, perishable products, etc.
Do you offer a merchandise picking service?
Indeed, we have a turnkey solution. You are a representative? Here is what we can offer you. We take in charge the reception of your goods in the office. The received merchandise will then be shipped in your unit by a member of our staff. No delivery man have access to your unit in the warehouse.
Is access to the warehouse safe?
Security is a very important matter. When renting a storage unit, you will receive a code to get access to the two gates permitting you to enter the fenced perimeter. You will also receive a magnetic card to get access to the building. All entrances are thus controlled.
Do you have parking spaces for rent?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
Do you have storage unit outside?
Every storage unit is inside and heated.
Are storage units only on one floor?
Yes, all units are on the ground floor. There are two ways to access the units. There is the dock for trucks located behind the office and there is the access at the car level located in the center of the warehouse. No waiting time for elevators even at busiest times.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
When renting your storage unit, payment for the current month will be required. Thereafter, the following methods of payment are accepted:
Pre-authorized credit card payments: when signing the lease, you will be required to sign an authorisation giving us the right to deduct the cost of your storage unit directly from your credit card on the first (01) day of each month. This option ensures you to avoid late payments.
CREDIT CARD ON OUR WEBSITE
You can pay directly with your credit card on our website. Access your file and make your payment. You will automatically receive an email confirmation of your transaction. In order to have access to this service, you must request it from us so that we can give you your twelve-character access code.
It is possible to send us your payment by Interac Transfer by email. The question to be answered must be the number of your unit. Contact us to find out the email address to send us your payment.
Payment in person: you must come in office the first (01) or before every month to give your monthly payment. We accept credit cards from Visa and Master-Card and debit cards.
Prepayment by cheques: when signing the lease, you can emit a series of post-dated cheques dated the first (01) of each month covering the price of renting your storage unit.

PACKING AND STORAGE TIPS
These few advices could simplify your moving and/or storage experience.
Always plan long ahead
Do not wait till the last minute to book a truck or a moving service. These companies will accept your reservation months ahead; reserve it as soon as possible. If you plan to store your goods, communicate with us as soon as possible, and we will make sure to help you.
Know what you have to store
Make a list of everything you expect to store. Don’t forget to inspect every room, the garage, the basement, and even the shed and backyard if you have a house. Always add the number of boxes you think you may need. Don’t forget to pack heavy items in smaller boxes and bulky items in bigger boxes. Once your list is done, communicate with us or come visit our facilities; our staff will advise you and help you choose the right space. Our staff will ask you many questions to make sure everything is perfect. Our aim is to make the move and/or storage of our customers as comfortable as possible.
Protect your goods
Every mattress, sofa and armchair should be wrapped in plastic bags specially designed for this situation that you may get at Stor-All. Protect valuables and fragile items with bubble wrap or foam packaging. Wrap your dishes and glassware with newspaper to avoid breakage and, mainly, do not overfill the boxes. Do not use printed newspaper or else the ink will soil your items. Pack up paintings and mirrors in boxes designed for this purpose and never store them flat but on their side. Store your valuables in the back of your storage space so others will not see them when you access your unit. Do not cover your goods with plastic because it retains humidity.
Label your boxes
It’s important to identify every box. It will simplify the work of movers and make it easier for you when you access your storage unit. Make sure every box is well sealed with tape. If you plan on accessing some items regularly, store them in front of your space.
Make sure your appliances are clean before storing them, particularly your stove and refrigerator. Dirty appliances and dried food are unhealthy and may attract unwanted guests. Always leave the doors of your appliances slightly open to prevent mold.
Things not to store
You must never store any food in your unit; else you could attract unwanted visitors. Do not store any flammable or toxic substance like some oil or gasoline. If you store tools running on gasoline, make sure they have been purged of all fuel.
It is highly recommended to purchase an insurance policy to protect your goods. Stor-All Mini Entrepôt can offer you full insurance with a reputable insurance company. You can also purchase an insurance policy of your choice. Make sure your home insurance covers the goods stored in a facility. Not all insurance companies cover your personal assets if they are in a warehouse.
