Hello,

In order to comply with the regulations which will be in force from Saturday the 18th July concerning the wearing of masks in companies and public places closed for 12 years old and over people.


WEARING THE MASK WILL BE MANDATORY FOR ANY PERSON WHO SHOULD ACCESS THE WAREHOUSE AS WELL AS THE RENTAL OFFICE.

 

NO MASK WILL BE PROVIDED BY STOR-ALL MINI-ENTREPOT. It is your responsibility to obtain them before your arrival.

No exceptions will be tolerated.

We remind you that the premises are under surveillance by camera at all times. Anyone who does not have a mask will have limited access during office hours during their next visits.

This decision comes from Public Health and we must enforce this regulation as
in all businesses in Quebec.

Hello,

This moving period and with all the difficulties associated with COVID-19, many of you will face certain delays   in the delivery of your new property or in order to be able to move into your new place.

We are aware that this situation can cause you many logistical problems.

As you know, leases are monthly, you must leave for the last day of the month for prevent to be billed for the following month.

In order to help you and minimize the number of people in the warehouse during this very busy period and thus respect the rules of social distancing, we will lighten our policy for the months of July and august only.

You will be able to leave your unit until the 5th day of the month without penalty. However, please note that each additional day between the 1st and the 5th day will be prorated. In addition, from the 6th day, payment of the full month will be required. We ask that you notify us at least two days before your departure date.

Finally, it is important to know that you must empty your entire unit without leaving any garbage inside it and you must remove your padlocks. For this purpose, during our tour before the opening of the warehouse in the morning, if these elements are respected, you will not be billed for an additional day.

We are pleased to announce the return to normal regarding customer access to the warehouse now.

We would like to remind you that the rules issued by the government are still in effect. 

We ask you to respect them.

Posters are installed to remind you of the rules to follow.

The acces hours to  warehouse are from 7:00 am to 8:45 pm. It’s important to have left for 8:45 in order not to trigger the alarm and avoid a $300 fee.

If you already have an appointment outside of our office hours, note that due to deconfinement, we cannot guarantee that you will be alone in the warehouse since access is now open to all of our customers. We recommend that you apply security rules to protect yourself. We continue our sanitary and maintenance measures at the rental office and in the warehouse. We have put at your disposal a disinfectant  station to clean the handles of the trolleys.

You can now reserve a time slot outside office hours in order to have access to the warehouse for extended periods. It is important to respect your appointment out of respect for other customers but also for the employee who will travel to give you access.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email with a validation code. It is important to keep this code in order to modify or cancel your appointment.

You will have until 7:00 p.m. the day before to make, change or cancel your appointment. You will be charged a $ 25 fee if you are not present at your appointment.

Following the new government announcements, we would like to remind you of some rules regarding the measures we have regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Please note that the gradual reopening of non-essential businesses does not mean the end of social distancing and sanitation measures requested by the government.

 

We follow the recommendations and will adjust measures accordingly. For the time being, the measures that we had to take in March are still maintained.

 

However, it is possible for you to make private appointments of more than 15 minutes that we normally allow outside of office hours. Appointments can be from 30 to 60 minutes. In a few days, on our website, you will be able to book your appointment directly online. Otherwise anytime now by phone at 514-368-7867.

 

To accommodate our customers, our location office and access to the warehouse will be available every Saturday and Sunday in June and from May 30th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

 

Obviously, we will priorise moves. We invite you to make an appointment to guarantee your time slot.

STOR-ALL MINI ENTREPÔT has been recognized as an essential services company. As a result, our regular operations are maintained. In order to comply with government requests, we had to put in place exceptional measures to minimize the transmission of the virus and to protect our staff and our customers.

 

We ask that you NOT present yourself unless it is necessary only to minimize the spread of the virus.

 

Our office remains accessible at regular hours for the location and payment of your units. However, we offer different payment options to minimize your travel. (see below)

 

When you arrive at the office, we ask you to wash your hands. All payment receipt will be emailed to you only to minimize exchanges.

 

Access to the warehouse will be exceptionally modified and restricted.

When you arrive at the warehouse, you must go to the office and use the doorbell if necessary to announce yourself since your card will be deactivated.

 

• Only one customer at a time will be allowed in the warehouse;

• Access will be limited only to office hours or by appointment (mooving only).

In order to have access outside of office hours, you must communicate with us at least 24 hours in advance and this within our office hours in order to plan the time and date of your request.

 

We want to reassure you that safety and cleanliness are a priority.

 

If you wish to make a reservation or a location for a storage unit, you can do so by telephone and on our website. Exceptional measures have been put in place to facilitate the process with minimizing contact.

 

We remind you that your payments are due on the 1st of each month.

To make a payment for your storage unit, we invite you to contact us by phone. There are several options available to you.

 

• You can send us a check by mail or ask someone to deposit it in our mailbox;

 

• Make a payment on a credit card by phone;

STOR-ALL MINI ENTREPÔT makes sure to follow government recommendations. We will keep you informed of any changes through our website or by email. Currently, our RENTAL OFFICE REMAINS OPEN following regular hours and access to the warehouse is unchanged for customers.

We wish to remind customers that we will carefully follow public health recommendations for the disinfection of our facilities.

Everything is established to ensure you a safe environment.

•    After each customer, every surfaces and payment terminals are disinfected;
•    Carts, door handles, washroom, access keypads, etc. are disinfected every hour;
•    The padlocks and handles of every storage units are disinfected twice a day;
•    Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed at entrances. We invite you to wash your hands every time you enter or leave the warehouse.
